C’est une étape majeure dans la grande et prestigieuse histoire du Red Star FC, longue de 125 ans. À l’issue d’une procédure de consultation et d’agrément, le club à l’Étoile rouge est désormais détenu à 100% par 777 Partners.

Patrice Haddad, le Groupe Réalités et Guillaume Rambourg ont cédé l’intégralité de leurs parts à 777 Partners.

Le choix de 777 Partners découle d’un long processus durant lequel Patrice Haddad a identifié et sélectionné parmi les repreneurs qui s’étaient déclaré celui possédant le plus d’atouts et d’ambitions, ainsi qu’une vision sur le long terme.

777 Partners a ainsi été choisi à la fois pour accélérer le développement du club et son ambition sportive, mais également pour leur compréhension de l’identité du Red Star FC, qui fait depuis de nombreuses années la singularité du club.

Patrice Haddad poursuivra son engagement à la tête du Red Star FC.

777 PARTNERS ACQUIRES 100% OF RED STAR FC’S SHARES

In a major turning point in the long and prestigious 125-year history of Red Star FC, the club is now 100% owned by 777 Partners following a long consultation and approval process.

Patrice Haddad, Réalités, and Guillaume Rambourg have sold the entirety of their shares to 777 Partners.

The choice of 777 Partners is the result of a long process during which Patrice Haddad identified and selected the buyer with the most assets and ambitions with a long-term vision from among the buyers who had declared themselves.

777 Partners was chosen both to accelerate the club’s development and its sporting ambitions, but also for their understanding of Red Star FC’s identity, which has made the club unique for many years.

Patrice Haddad will continue as Chairman of Red Star FC.
